Icelandic strongman, Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson has been cast as the character Gregor Clegane for the fourth series of Game Of Thrones on HBO. You get an idea of his size as he’s pictured with Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey)
His character is also simply known as The Mountain. A description which is perfectly apt when you see the picture.

The Icelandic actor is the third person to be cast in this role and believe it or not, the previous two were taller! But, they were not wider or stronger looking, that’s for sure. The man is 6’9′ (2.06m) and weighs 419lbs (190kg). 1990s indie dance outfit The Shamen once had a song called ‘Move Any Mountain’ which had the lyric ‘I can move, move, move any mountain’. Not this mountain squire, not this mountain.
