Prime Video has just expanded its viewing library even further.

If you’re looking for some viewing inspiration this week, then you’ll be happy to hear that Amazon Prime Video has just added 11 big movies to its streaming service. So if you’re looking for a thriller, or a comedy, or a horror, or a big action blockbuster, or something to distract the younger members of the family, there will be something here for you.

BROKEN CITY

Mark Wahlberg, Russell Crowe and Catherine Zeta-Jones star in this dark political thriller. 28% on Rotten Tomatoes is a bit harsh.

CLERKS III

Kevin Smith’s trilogy closer to the once-much-loved indie comedy series. This is by far the worst of the three, but still quite watchable in places.

CLOSED CIRCUIT

John Crowley, the Irish director of Intermission and Brooklyn, tried his hand at big budget thrillers, but it didn’t work out so great. Eric Bana and Rebecca Hall star.

FINAL DESTINATION / 2 / 3 / 5

If you’re wondering where is Final Destination 4 (aka The Final Destination), it is currently available on Netflix. But that one is also the worst one, whereas these four are all still pretty fun in their own way.

GODZILLA VS KONG

A big lizard and a big ape have a big fight that squashes loads of cities. That is all you should need to know. Check out our interview with cast members Bryan Tyree Henry and Julian Dennison right here:

HALLOWEEN III: SEASON OF THE WITCH

This odd stepchild in the Halloween series is the only one not to feature Michael Myers, resulting in one of the oddest horror sequels ever made.

LEGEND

Tom Hardy and Tom Hardy star as Reggie and Ronnie Kray in this true(ish) story of two of the most infamous criminals ever to terrorise London.

MACBETH

Michael Fassbender and Marion Cotillard headline this beautiful and bleak adaptation of Shakespeare’s classic tale.

PETER RABBIT

An animated rabbit (voiced by James Corden, sorry) causes mayhem for a young man (Domhnall Gleeson) and the woman (Rose Byrne) he wants to marry. Actually pretty good fun.

SURF’S UP

An interesting voice cast – Shia LeBeouf, Zooey Deschanel, Jon Heder, Jeff Bridges, James Woods – feature in this actually very good animated movie that doubles as a mockumentary for surfing competitions.

THE TOURIST

What should’ve been a home run – Johnny Depp and Angelina Jolie in a sexy Hitchcockian thriller from the director of incredible Oscar-winning thriller The Lives Of Others – resulted in a huge critical and commercial flop. Worth a watch if only to see how NOT to make a movie like this.

THE UNICORN

A very funny comedy that revolves around a young couple embarking on a wild night when they both become convinced that the only way to save their failing relationship is to have a threesome.
