Some genuinely great additions to choose from, if you’re looking for something new/different to watch this evening!

THE EMOJI MOVIE

One of the worst movies ever made. Avoid.

THE PLACE BEYOND THE PINES

Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper star in the overlong drama about a thief and a cop on a collision course, and how that rivalry will have an impact on both of their families for generations.

RAMS

A comedy drama about … raising sheep? 91% on Rotten Tomatoes! Sam Neill headlines the movie centred around two warring brothers and their award-winning flock.

SEARCHING

An original thriller, playing out entirely on mobile devices, as a father (John Cho) tries to track down the whereabouts of his missing teenage daughter.

TENET

Christopher Nolan’s epic but messy sci-fi thriller has John David Washington and Robert Pattinson reversing the passage of time itself in order to stop a terrorist from getting his hand on the ultimate weapon.

A UNITED KINGDOM

A well-reviewed biographical romantic drama about the love affair between the heir to a throne in Africa (David Oyelowo) and the woman he falls in love with (Rosamund Pike), despite protestations from the families and the British government.
