Stephen Amell is in incredible shape…
Anyone who has ever watched Arrow will know that Stephen Amell is a freak of a physical specimen. Many of the early episodes of the show feature him doing feats of strength.
But, the problem is, you never know in these shows whether or not the actor is performing these difficult exercises or if it’s just some good CGI and effective lighting.
But one peek at his Instagram will inform you that he’s in awesome shape…

Amell recently visited Ireland where he attended a Bohemians game and became an honorary member of the club, taking Johnny Logan’s place as the club’s most illustrious member.

But this achievement pales in comparison to his achievements in last weeks Ninja Warrior in the US.
To get 35K donated to charity, he had to battle his way through a number of obstacles, some of which are exceedingly difficult and require an enormous amount of upper body strength.
Amell does all his own stunts for Arrow, and the final task he completes on the course, the Salmon Ladder, is an exercise any fans of Arrow will have seen him do already.
Fair play to him, this is seriously impressive…
