Jason is still going to be scary, just on a smaller screen
Jason Voorhees is headed to the small screen if rumours are to be believed, as a new hour-long series based on the characters from the movie will be produced.
Sean S. Cunningham, who created the series and was in charge for the first, now iconic, Friday the 13th will take on a role as an executive producer, and according to what BloodyDsigusting.com are reporting, the script will have "a storyline that re-imagines Jason in multiple time periods."
Whether or not that means we'll get to see a version of Jason that travels back to ye olde times in a wooden hockey mask with a regular saw instead of a chainsaw remains to be seen, but it's what JOE is hoping for at least.
