Welcome to #TrailerChest, where we’re taking a sneak peek at the brand new trailer for Deadpool 2.
Plot’s it all about? Your guess is as good as ours. This is the second (kind of) trailer we’ve got to the sequel revolving around the foul-mouthed merc, and you’ll remember the first one involved Reynolds running into a phone booth to get changed, only to arrive at the scene of the crime WAY too late.
This time around, Deadpool appears to be high out his nut, taking on the mannerisms and look of famous TV artist Bob Ross – who Reynolds once referred to as “Bob Ross is very calming. 5 min into this show, it feels like you’ve been fucked to death by a thousand pillows.” – but with a lot more sex, drugs, violence and general profanity.
There isn’t much in the way of actual footage of the movie itself, just a few flashes towards the end of death, destruction and people looking pretty kick-ass, but if Deadpool 2 can keep up the same insane sense of humour as the original, and this trailer seems like a good indication that it will, then we’re definitely on to a winner when it arrives in Irish cinemas next summer.
