Plot’s it all about?
The title is enough to to tip anyone off that this isn’t going to be a girl-finds-true-love-to-the-tune-of-a-Top-40s-hit-soundtrack kind of movie.
More like Mary is just out of prison, her hometown Drogheda is no Hollywood and she needs to find a date for her bitchy mate best friend’s wedding.
The trailer had us emitting snortinis of laughter and wishing Mad Mary would ask us on a mad date. Check it out below…
Starring: Seána Kerslake is a super-talented actor from Tallaght who has previously starred in Irish films Dollhouse and The Lobster. Also making an appearance are Tara Lee and Charleigh Bailey.
