Plot's it all about? It seems like barely a week passes these days without a Hollywood remake of something that was popular decades ago, but we’re not going to quibble too much about a reboot of a show that was a staple of Irish households in the ‘90s. Two of the stars of the original, The Hoff and Pamela Anderson, will return for cameos in the remake, where the arrival of a renegade (Zac Efron) shakes things up for a team of lifeguards in sun-kissed California. First impressions suggest there’s plenty in there for everyone to enjoy, while Zac Efron’s abs are so prominent they look like they were carved out of chisel. This should be good.
