Strong words on the subject from the Hollywood star…
Danny DeVito has spoken out on the Oscars diversity controversy by saying, “It’s unfortunate that the entire country is a racist country.”
“We are living in a country that discriminates and has certain racial tendencies which — racist tendencies — so sometimes it’s manifested in things like this and it’s illuminated, but just generally speaking we’re a racist — we’re a bunch of racists,” DeVito said.

The It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia star has also had some cutting words for Donald Trump in a recent interview with the Daily Beast.
DeVito made it clear for all that he isn’t a fan of Trump or his policies regarding immigration.
“You want to have human rights and equality for everyone. You don’t want to shun the people who are in the middle and you don’t want to shun people on the right. You want to make sure everyone is educated—not propagandized, educated. Find out what the facts are.
“When [Trump] says ‘so and so are racists’ and ‘we should ban Muslims’ and all that, it’s ludicrous! It’s disgusting. You just look at how it divides us. It’s this old divide and conquer mentality designed to keep our heads spinning, and you don’t want to do that. You want to bring people together the best way you can,” DeVito said.
Very wise words…
