RTE’s new sports show Thank GAA it’s Friday continues this Friday evening and one of the main stars of this episode is Munster and Ireland rugby player Simon Zebo. Zebo was an outstanding underage hurler with his club Blackrock but at 16 he decided to focus fully on his rugby career, which has since proved to be a great call. The 24-year-old still follows the game closely and in this preview clip, he talks about playing against Cork stars Patrick Horgan and Daniel Kearney as well as showing off his skill with the hurley. We reckon he could still do a job for Jimmy Barry Murphy... Check out Thank GAA It’s Friday this evening at 7.30pm on RTÉ Two.
