For fans of The Simpsons and Game of Thrones, it doesn’t get much better than this. Let’s not forget the obligatory spoiler alert, of course.
We readily admit that we have had a helluva lot of Game of Thrones-related pieces on the site this week after the latest episode, which is perhaps most accurately described as batsh*t crazy, but even though we already featured one brilliant alternate ending this morning, there was no way we weren’t going to bring this particular one to your attention.
It will only make sense to fans of both shows – we imagine there are quite a lot of you out there – and you can probably guess what’s coming, but needless to say, Prince Oberyn Martell of Dorne doesn’t suffer quite the same fate in this ending that he did at the hands of Gregor ‘The Mountain’ Clegane in the actual episode.
Classic.
