‘Tis meant to be the season of goodwill, but that was far from the case for one particular member of the audience on the Late Late Toy Show last night.
Audience members on the Late Late Show are always looked after in terms of freebies, but that is especially true on the night of the Toy Show, when the phrase ‘one for everyone in the audience’ is repeated seemingly ad infinitum and is certainly one of the most popular sayings in the unofficial Toy Show drinking game.
Despite all the perks coming his way, one member of the audience simply couldn’t have enough, it seems, and having signalled to Tubs his desire for one particular freebie, he then visibly wrestled it out of the hands of the lady sitting beside him when it fell between the two seats.
In all seriousness, the so-called Grinch in question probably knew the lady beside him, he probably wrestled the freebie away from her as a joke and now, he’s no doubt sickened that his moment of weakness just so happened to be captured on camera at the wrong moment.
