In an environment where the word ‘celebrity’ is used very loosely, we reckon that every influencer, blogger and D-list star is petrified by the return of Pádraig Judas O’Leprosy and Rodraig Spartacus O’Leprosy.
Oh yes! As reported previously, we’re going back to Ballydung Manor and Doireann Garrihy will be along for the ride.
When the return of Podge and Rodge was announced, Garrihy was asked if the duo are still as rude as ever. “They are yeah, even more so, they’ve come back with a bang, more vulgarity. I think I’m able to handle them – hopefully,” she said.
Well, the first trailer has been released ahead of the show’s premiere on 22 October.
We’re loving the little digs at Donald Trump and Theresa May but with the blasphemy law potentially about to be removed from the Constitution of Ireland – it goes to the polls later this month – we think that Podge and Rodge are about to get even filthier.
