Christopher Nolan is back…
In the vein of Troy McClure, you may remember him from such movies as Inception, The Batman trilogy and Interstellar, and now he’s back with the new World War II epic, Dunkirk.
The movie stars Peaky Blinders duo Cillian Murphy and Tom Hardy as well as One Direction singer Harry Styles.
While the teaser gives very little away, it’s enough to cause a little intrigue for a movie that will be released in the summer of 2017.
The title refers to the port of Dunkirk, the scene of a mass evacuation of 330,000 allied troops during the second World War.
We’ve seen a lot of war movies and a lot of filmmakers take a punt at creating them, so we’re curious to see how Nolan manages the task and how exactly he makes the film interesting to fans who’ve been oversaturated with war dramas in recent years.
