Put the date in the diary Dumb and Dumber fans. The official release date for the sequel to one of the greatest films of all time has been announced.
That’s right, Harry (Jeff Daniels) and Lloyd (Jim Carrey) will be returning to the big screen next year to star in Dumb And Dumber To, with a US release scheduled for 14 November. Here at JOE we reckon that the Irish date will also be there or thereabouts.

The hopefully super sequel, co-starring Jennifer Lawrence and Kathleen Turner, will follow our titular heroes as they embark on a road trip in search of one of their long lost children, all in the hope of gaining a new kidney. To whet your Dumb and Dumber To appetite over the next year though, just check out the collection of the first pictures released as Jim Carrey tweeted a picture of his newly-chipped tooth in preparation of the shoot, while the actor, along with the Farrelly brothers and Jeff Daniels, all recently released tweets and pictures from the film’s set too…
