Budweiser has announced an exciting project that will give 10 talented unsigned Irish music artists the opportunity to fulfill their dreams by receiving a recording studio session with renowned music producer.

Budweiser is offering 10 unsigned acts the chance to bring their music to a wider audience by spending a day in a purpose built recording studio in Dublin city centre with Rob Kirwan who will produce, mix and master one track from each band over ten days. Each band will also get a band photo-shoot and a video of their experience produced by video/photo journalist Des Foley, who recently won the Budweiser Dream Job project.

All bands will also perform a live acoustic set and be interviewed on Phantom FM to showcase their talents and will also receive promotion and airplay of their professionally produced track on Phantom FM, in Hot Press and across Budweiser and project partner social media sites.

Interested music artists, that are currently unsigned, can register and send the track they want produced via the Budweiser Facebook page between 10th October to – 7th November.  Future Sounds project partners Hot Press and Phantom FM along with Rob Kirwan will listen to all submitted music and then choose ten artists which they find most inspiring and that they believe would benefit from the opportunity to record and promote their music.

Rob, who has worked as sound engineer, mixer and producer with artists such as U2, PJ Harvey, Editors, Soulwax, Gary Numan and more recently Delorentos, BellX1 and the Depeche Mode album ‘Delta Machine’, will work with the bands to unlock their sounds during the recording sessions, which will be an amazing experience for the artists to learn from such a renowned music expert.
