All tickets for this year’s Electric Picnic 2018 are now completely sold out.

Following last year’s record breaking sell out – the Irish festival has, yet again, completely sold out.

After announcing Kendrick Lamar, Massive Attack and N.E.R.D as the headliners on Thursday, Electric Picnic can now announce that all weekend tickets for 2018 are now completely sold out, yet again demonstrating the unwavering popularity of the Irish music and arts festival.

Amongst the other acts on the lineup are Dua Lipa, Ben Howard, St. Vincent, George Ezra, The Kooks, Garbage and Gang of Youths.

There’ll be plenty more to follow between now and August, but the early announcements are certainly enough to whet the appetite of music fans.

Commenting at the launch of the lineup, Festival Director Melvin Benn said: “Kendrick is the biggest superstar in the world right now.”

“Massive Attack are one of my all-time favourite bands, they have huge integrity in everything that they do and they are perfect for Electric Picnic,” Benn added.

“The age range of those who come to the festival is very broad and we want to reflect that.”

It’s been confirmed since Friday morning that weekend camping tickets, family weekend camping tickets, Sunday day tickets, Campervan/caravan and car passes and finally family campervan/caravan and car passes are all totally sold out – indicating that the line-up has gone down a treat with Ireland’s music fans.
