Michael Bublé has a date with destiny at Croke Park this weekend as he aims to prove that he’s not just for Christmas, but also for sweltering summer heatwave conditions.
The popular crooner hits up the capital on Saturday – 7 July – with Emeli Sandé in tow and as is the norm nowadays, strict security checks will be in operation.
As with recent shows from Taylor Swift – which boasted some fairly ridiculous banned items – and Picture This, fans will be expected to leave some very specific things at home.

Everyone on-site will be subject to a search. No cloakroom or storage facilities will be in operation.
All under 16’s attending the concert must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian.
Guardians must remain with under 16’s and take full responsibility for them throughout the event.
Strict age monitoring will be in place at all entrances.
The concert will take place rain or shine and promoters reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone deemed to be under the influence of alcohol.
Those attending are advised to walk, cycle or avail of public transportation and to allow an extra two hours travel time to and from the venue.
No local parking facilities are in place, so anyone driving is urged to use city centre car parks and/or car pool.
