The Body & Soul line up has been announced, with Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds hitting the main stage as headliners, as well as a host of other acts across three days in Ballinlough Castle, Westmeath.

Other big acts include the great Willy Mason who’s back on the music scene with his unique voice after an extended break, Solange the sister of the uber-star Beyonce Knowles, and Mmoths, who’ll also feature at the Longitude festival.

Public Image Ltd with punk legend Johnny Rotten will be on the main stage too, making for a seriously interesting line up across the weekend.

Ireland’s own Adultrock will be playing the second stage, whose tasty electronic sounds have been featured before here on JOE. Rarely Seen Above Ground or RSAG will also be on the same stage, with his unique live show performance featuring a virtual band.

Hopefully there’ll be a few more acts announced in the coming days too, making the already exciting line up even better.
