One of the lyrics on Nicki Minaj’s new album has everyone Google-ing it to find out what it means

Does it mean what we think it means??

Nicki Minaj has always been a bit cutting edge when it came to song titles.

Remember when she dropped ‘Truffle Butter’, the sexy collaboration with Lil’ Wayne and Drake, and that title sounds like something you might order on a romantic night out in an expensive restaurant.

Yeah, except it totally isn’t that.

Well, Minaj surprise-released her new album Queen on Friday, and just about every track has a different reason to have everyone talking.

Take, for example, ‘Barbie Dreams’, in which she lyrically assaults male rappers left, right and centre:

Drake – “Drake worth a hundred milli, always buying me shit/ But I don’t know if the pussy wet or if he’s crying and shit”

Meek Mill – “Meek still be in my DMs, I be having to duck him/ ‘I used to pray for times like this,’ Face ass when I fuck him”

Eminem – “Em, cop the barbie dream house then you can play the part/ I ain’t tryin’ to bust it open in a trailer park”

DJ Khaled – “Had to cancel DJ Khaled, boy, we ain’t speaking/ Ain’t no fat nigga telling me what he ain’t eating”

50 Cent – “I tried to fuck 50 for a powerful hour, but all that nigga want to do is talk Power for hours”

Desiigner – “I remember when I used to have a crush on Special Ed/ Shoutout Desiigner, ’cause he made it out of special ed”

Lil Uzi Vert – “Man, Uzi is my baby, he ain’t takin’ an L/ But he took it literally when I said “go to hell””

Young Thug – “Used to fuck with Young Thug, I ain’t addressing this shit/ I caught him in my dressing rooms stealing dresses and shit”

YG / The Game – “YG and the Game with the hammer yelling, ‘gang gang’/ This ain’t what I meant when I said a gang bang”

Yikes.

And that isn’t the song that has everyone trying to decipher its meaning.

No, that honour goes to ‘LLC’, with the Nicki singing on the chorus:

“I just took her name and made the bitch a LLC / Stuff a couple stacks up in, then bitch, get on your feet / You make twice as much if you switch it up, just to see / To you he’s rich and famous, but he’s just a guy to me.”

If you’re wondering what LLC means, we’re pretty sure that Nicki has gone Beyonce-in-‘Apeshit’, and is talking about women making money for themselves without the help of rich men, as she is declaring herself as one-woman Limited Liability Company, while also taking shots at other female rappers who have made their careers simply by declaring themselves as Nicki’s competition.

Yep, that is a pretty high-IQ chorus, and we’re here for it. As is all of Nicki’s Barbz:
