The man knows his tunes.

Patrick Topping is one of the biggest DJs in the world at the moment, and he is very much still on the up.

As well as that, the Newcastle man has a strong relationship with Ireland. He’s performed here loads of times, and has absolutely thousands of Irish fans.

So we reckon he knows what the Irish like…

Which is why we’ll be trusting his top five songs that he loves playing to Irish audiences.

He even tells us why he selected each song!

You might want to get these in your playlist now.

3. Orange/Minus1 – Richie Hawtin

Playing this in Ireland is one of his fondest memories: “I can vividly remember playing this in the Guinness Store house. It felt so intense in there and this track definitely got it going.

The Guinness factory set was absolutely amazing, one of my favourite memories from DJing”

Get With You – Anthony Fade

He will always associate this one with Ireland, saying: This sticks in my mind from when I played on the grass in Dublin city, as part of the city takeover. It was during the day and everyone was circled around me going mad!”
