PICS: This is how six famous Irish musicians would look with Shane MacGowan’s old teeth

Carl Kinsella

Satisfy your curiosity.

Shane MacGowan is known to everyone in Ireland not only for fronting The Pogues, co-writing the greatest Christmas song of all time, and his conspicuous lack of teeth.

We decided to insert MacGowan’s old teeth (or lack thereof) into mouths of other popular Irish singers to see if any of them could pull off the signature look that he has recently abandoned.

Bob Geldof

BERLIN, GERMANY - NOVEMBER 13: Irish Singer Bob Geldof attends a press conference about the German version of a 30th anniversary edition of the 80s poverty benefit project Band Aid, known for the song 'Do They Know It's Christmas,' at Soho House on November 13, 2014 in Berlin, Germany. Three decades after profits from the song's sales were raised to be donated towards famine aid for Ethiopia, the newest version is intended to help battle the Ebola crisis on the same continent, primarily in Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone, with local versions recorded in the United Kingdom, Germany, the United States and France. Take Me To Church? More like ‘Take Me To The Dentist’ (again, because he has no teeth).

Bono

Bono still hasn’t found what he’s looking for! (Teeth).

Sinead O’Connor

Nothing compares 2 teeth.

Jedward

We don’t know any Jedward songs.

Daniel O’Donnell

Daniel O’Donnell here, with fewer real teeth than you’d find in the average Daniel O’Donnell audience.
