The Sunday Sessions: The brilliant George Ezra kicks off our brand new live music sessions

JOE really wishes he could sing like this chap... he's pretty great.

JOE

George Ezra, the phenomenally talented singer-songwriter who ladies have been swooning over in recent months, kicks off the very first of The Sunday Sessions.

The Sunday Sessions promises to bring you some special performances and interviews from some of the most exciting emerging talent.

Ezra, who celebrated his 21st birthday back in June, has cemented his name as one of the greatest breakthrough acts of the year (many years) and we had the pleasure of meeting him ahead of his set at Marlay Park.

Recorded live in The Vintage room of The Workman’s, Dublin, Ezra performs a powerful acoustic version of his upcoming track ‘Blame It On Me’.

Ezra sits down with our girl Grace O’Reilly to chat about Bob Dylan, his Miley Cyrus infatuation and winning an Oscar.

With vocal talent and song-writing ability beyond his years, it really is only a matter of time before he’s back headlining Marlay Park on his own. Ezra announced his return to Ireland during the week with an October gig date, which managed to sell out in just three hours.

Trust us when we say it – George Ezra is one to watch.
