We’ve always fancied ourselves as decent singers here in JOE Towers but now is our chance to shine and rival Eddie Vedder or Bono when it comes to selling millions of records.

During a musical event at the U.N General Assembly today , UNICEF will unveil the #IMAGINE project as part of celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

What’s really cool is that they’ve launched a new interactive feature that allows you to record lyrics from John Lennon’s iconic track Imagine alongside some of the world’s most famous artists.

If you ever wanted to have your vocals produced by David Guetta then now is your chance because everyone who records the song could feature in the new UNICEF version and in the accompanying video, which will be released in the lead up to New Year’s Eve 2014.

Here’s a small taste of what you can expect and keep an eye out for some familiar faces.

The #IMAGINE digital experience will be available via the TouchCast app for iOS on the App Store on 20 November or at http://imagine.unicef.org
