This man, and his sister, need your help.
Dylan St. Ledger, aka Saints, is trying to raise money to fund his sister’s Shan’s cancer treatment in Texas and he has shared this spoken word piece to get the ball rolling.
Shan was diagnosed with a rare cancer, Multi System Histiocytosis, in 2015 and recently suffered a relapse on a family holiday.

She has previously been treated between Texas and Ireland and now needs to return to the United States for the treatment that will, hopefully, save her life.
There will be a fundraiser in Spider O’Brien’s in their home town of New Ross on Friday evening, and they need to raise more than €500,000 to bring her back to Texas.
