What a talent.
So many fully grown adults wish they spent their childhood learning to play an instrument.
It’s a talent that sticks with you forever, and is a brilliant thing to be able to do.
But seeing a child being able to play an instrument 100 times better than you ever could can be a little bit disheartening.
And that’s how we feel looking at Sorcha Ní Scolaí, an under-12 Uilleann Pipe champion.

On one hand, we’re blown away by such a talent at a young age, and on the other hand we’re a little bit jealous of just how good she is…
It’s brilliant to see a young girl playing a traditional Irish instrument so well. Here’s hoping that she keeps it up.
All we know is that we haven’t heard the last of Sorcha Ní Scolaí.
