Pretty much since cars were invented, people have been finding a way to behave irresponsibly behind the steering wheel.
A man in Limerick took it to new heights yesterday evening when he was stopped by Gardaí for trying to take a Snapchat of himself… while hanging out of the window.
Luckily nobody was injured, but the driver was given a fine of €60 and three penalty points, according to the Garda Síochána Twitter account.
