We imagine this is only the beginning of the cancellations by the Irish airline.
Already today KLM have announced that they have cancelled all flights to and from Ireland for Monday 16 October due to Hurricane Ophelia.
The following Aer Lingus flights via Cork Airport have been cancelled for tomorrow:
EI710/EI711 ORK-LHR-ORK
EI712/EI715 ORK-LHR-ORK
EI836/EI837 ORK-MUC-ORK
EI822/EI823 ORK-CDG-ORK
EI894/EI895 ORK-FAO-ORK
Additionally, flight EI874/EI875 ORK-TFS-ORK has been delayed by three hours.
We have been told that Ryanair are awaiting the evening weather report on Sunday before making a decision regarding cancelled flights in Ireland on Monday, and Shannon Airport are not reporting any cancellations via their hub as of yet.
Hi, all flights are operating as scheduled. Any disruptions and passengers will be notified accordingly. AR
