They say that football is like a religion in Central and South America (including Mexico) and that’s not hard to see why when you take a look at this picture, which was taken during Mexico’s 3-1 win over Croatia last night.

The image features two lads watching the match while wearing scrubs, even though a team of surgeons operate on a patient just a few feet away. There’s a time and a place for watching football, but JOE's conscience tells us this isn’t one of them.
