The incident took place in the early hours of Monday morning.
Gardaí wish to seek information in a recent hit and run which occurred on Monday 3 December on Main Street Kill at 7.45am at Kill GAA Club.
A motorcyclist was travelling from Dublin towards Johnstown in Kildare when he was hit from behind by a car.
This vehicle did not stop and continued on in the direction of Johnstown.
The location of the collision is beside two bus stops on route 126.
Members of the public waiting for the bus might have witnessed this collision.
