Garth Brooks has announced a 10 show Irish tour for summer 2027, however no Dublin gigs are on the schedule.
The country star will play two nights across Belfast, Galway, Kilkenny, Limerick and Cork, in May and June 2027.
Announcing the concerts, Brooks said: “This has been a dream of mine since the first time we played Ireland. Once you get a taste of how the Irish love music, you can’t play there enough!”
The US Grammy winner last performed in Ireland back in 2022 when he played five sold-out shows in Croke Park.
The concerts were long awaited by Irish fans following a licensing-fiasco in 2014, when the singer was due to play five Croker gigs, but Dublin City Council only granted licenses for three.
He subsequently, and controversially, pulled all the shows.
Next year's run of shows kick off at Belfast’s Boucher Road on May 21 and finishes up in Cork on June 19.
Prices for the summer 2027 Irish tour have yet to be confirmed, however his 2022 Croke Park gigs were priced at €65.56 for general area standing, and €81 for seated.
Tickets for all of next year's dates go on sale via Ticketmaster next Thursday, November 12 at 8am.
