A lucky Irish Lottery player won a huge six-figure prize in last night's Euromillions Plus draw.

An online player in Mayo won the top prize in the draw, correctly matching all five numbers.

As soon as the player comes forward with their ticket, they will take home a huge €500,000.

The National Lottery has appeal to players to check their numbers carefully, revealing details of where the ticket was purchased.

This winner is among over 40,000 players in Ireland who won prizes in Tuesday’s draw.

Another lucky Euromillions player in Cork took home an impressive €23,577 prize after they matched five numbers, only missing the two Lucky Stars.

The winning numbers for the main draw were 6, 8, 14, 27, 41 and Lucky Stars 4 and 5

The winning numbers for the Plus draw were 7, 12, 18, 29 and 41.

The winner of the €500,000 EuroMillions Plus prize and the main draw winner of €23,577 can contact the National Lottery Claims Department to arrange for prize processing.
