James Argent given suspended sentence after pushing girlfriend down steps in Spain

James Argent has been given a suspended sentence.

The reality star and Miss Sweden, Nicoline Artursson, were on holiday in La Cala de Mijas in the Costa del Sol when the incident happened.

Argent reportedly pushed Artursson, and she then fell down the steps at the property in Costa del Sol.

Worried neighbours heard Nicoline screaming and called emergency services following the incident.

Argent was arrested and charged with domestic violence.

He has now been handed a six-month suspended sentence.

A two-year restraining order has also been put in place to stop him from seeing or contacting Nicoline.

The couple had been together for 11 months before the incident took place.

An insider told The Sun that there is no saving their relationship following the incident on May 5th.

“James and Nicoline had a row that turned nasty, and he pushed her over. He was arrested and taken to a station where he was put in the cells for a few hours.

“James complied with the police, and the matter was resolved in the court on the same day.

“Their relationship is over and they can no longer speak or contact one another," the insider added.
