The live stream of Kneecap's Coachella set was reportedly cut out shortly after they led a series of anti-Margaret Thatcher chants.
Performing on the Sonora stage at the iconic California festival, the group said: "Here, if anybody was wondering, Margaret Thatcher’s still dead."
This was met by huge cheers from the crowd before the Belfast rap trio led a chant of "Maggie’s in a Box” to the tune of KC and the Sunshine Band’s ‘Give It Up’.
Those watching online then reported that the stream had cut out shortly after this.
Attendees of the gig also reported that the band finished their set by saying: "Free Palestine."
Fans took to social media following the feed being cut, with one user on X writing: "Kneecap getting censored on the Coachella stream is right on brand."
Another fan wrote: "Did Coachella just censor Kneecap for singing 'Maggie’s in a Box', omg."
The Belfast-based hip-hop trio are well known for being staunch critics of the UK Government.
Speaking to PoliticsJOE last year, the group - comprising of Mo Chara, DJ Próvaí and Móglaí Bap - let their feelings on Thatcher known.
The group were shown a social media post which read: "Mrs Thatcher will be remembered long after Kneecap are forgotten."
Móglaí Bap replied: "That's true. She'll be remembered as a c***."
Mo Chara then chimed in: "She'll be remembered as a brutal b*******."
Earlier this year, the Belfast lads landed themselves in some hot water in Australia when the missing head of a King George V statue popped up at one of their gigs.
The band posted about the incident on Instagram, with the caption reading: "Some madman dropped by with a huge King George’s head so he could hear a few tunes for our last Melbourne show!
"Allegedly his head was cut off last year in the city..…anyways he was put on stage for a few tunes and then whisked away…remember every colony can fall."
