This leaked Hillary Clinton email shows just how boring she can be

JOE

It’s common knowledge that US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is at the centre of an email scandal.

The investigation examines the possible mishandling of ‘classified’ information by Hillary Clinton and top aides.

The controversy began in March 2015 when it became known that during her time as United States Secretary of State, Clinton had used her family’s private email server for official communications.

Those communications include thousands of emails.

Previous hearings have been held by the United States House Select Committee on Benghazi.

Some experts, officials, and members of Congress have contended that her use of private messaging system software and a private server violated State Department protocols and procedures, as well as federal laws and regulations governing record-keeping.

In response, Clinton has said that her use of personal email was in compliance with federal laws and State Department regulations and that former Secretaries of State had also maintained personal email accounts, though not their own private email servers.

Since news broke of the FBI’s decision to reopen the case, many sources have shared screenshots of the supposed messages.

The latest comes from Newyorker.com editor Nicholas Thompson. Thompson was previously a senior editor at The New Yorker.

The writer and journalist took to Twitter to share a screenshot of one of the emails and it reveals that Clinton is, in fact, terribly boring.

In the email Clinton asks a woman named Monica for skim milk for tea and requests the airing times for Parks and Recreation and The Good Wife.

It’s entirely banal. Of course this, and the other emails have not been confirmed by Clinton but the tone and content of them all seems to be consistent.
