Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership of the Labour party has been much-discussed as of late, thanks in large part due to his left-leaning political views that David Cameron has described as a ‘threat to Britain’s security’ (others might describe them as common sense).

Asked by The New Statesman this week if he would support a united Ireland, Corbyn said “it’s an aspiration that I have always gone along with.”
An affinity with Ireland’s more nationalist goals is nothing new for Corbyn, who has openly supported Ireland’s re-unification since the eighties.
The Times have accused Corbyn of undermining the Northern Ireland peace process with his statements.
