We’d certainly vote for Darth, so long as he drops that Death Star policy from his manifesto
If you happened to spot an election poster for Darth Vader somewhere around the Ballsbridge area over the last few days, then don’t worry, you weren’t hallucinating.
However, the posters were pretty quickly taken down, as it turns out Vader is not actually running, which we are disappointed about, we must admit.

While we had assumed that Vader dropped out of the race due to other commitments he had in a galaxy far, far away (or that he’d possibly threatened to use the force to choke out the opposition), it turns out that they were simply some clever posters for an upcoming Star Wars convention later this month. Cheeky…
