Students are back to college and that means illegal parking is back in full force. Though this example from GMIT is a little more on the country side.
Perhaps it is nerves about life in third level education. Perhaps it is laziness on the driver’s part. It could be due to a lack of spaces given the volume of student drivers or maybe it is simply terrible driving, but this GMIT student is one of many that has ended up on an illegal spot.
Whatever the case, you don’t see too many bales spotted on campus these days.
In no way does JOE condone illegal parking and this driver will be lucky to escape without a clamping and a bale out.
