Good news for anyone travelling with the airline over the weekend.
Ryanair has announced that it is currently planning for a return to full operations, in all Irish airports, this Saturday, 3 March.
The airline says it will remain in close contact with the airports and the relevant authorities and recommends that customers check the status of their flight on the Ryanair website before making their way to the airport.
All scheduled Ryanair flights to and from Dublin, Cork, Kerry, Knock and Shannon airports on Friday, 2 March have been cancelled and all affected customers have been notified of their options by email and text message.
Ryanair say they are doing everything they can to re-accommodate affected customers and minimise disruption to their travel plans and have apologised for any inconvenience caused by disruptions entirely outside of their control.
Meanwhile, Dublin Airport, Shannon Airport, Cork Airport and Ireland West Airport in Knock are all planning on resuming services early on Saturday morning, but are urging passengers to check with their respective airlines before travelling to the airport.
Belfast City Airport remains fully operational, but a number of flights are subject to delays and cancellations due to adverse weather across mainland United Kingdom.
We're planning for airlines to resume services early tomorrow morning. Please check with your airline BEFORE coming to airport. We'll continue to update this feed with latest info. #StormEmma #sneachta #BeastFromTheEast pic.twitter.com/rHh7pvgeCS
