According to the paper, "four in ten Irish people would choose open borders and free trade with the UK over the EU."
So basically, 60% would prefer if Ireland stick it out with the EU rather than abandoning the Single Market, the Common Travel Area, the Common Agricultural Policy and all the other benefits to join ranks with the UK.
The poll randomly surveyed 1,418 people around Ireland by telephone in September this year to establish the results.
