There’s finally some good news on the weather front for this coming week

JOE

Just when we were about to give up hope.

Anyone who ventured outside in Ireland will testify how cold and, at times, miserable, it has been of late, but thankfully, that’s all about to change.

According to Met Éireann, Monday is set to be dry with some sunny spells and thankfully, those bright, dry intervals will continue for the next few days.

Not only that, temperatures will increase considerably, reaching seven to ten degrees on Tuesday and the sharp, biting cold of the last few weeks should subside.

Of course, this is Ireland, so there’s always a risk of “scattered rain,” although the south of the country can look forward to mainly mild conditions.

Thankfully, this good, or at the very least, improved weather is set to continue for most of the week although it may be “unsettled” over the weekend.

We’ll take what we can get…
