How very Presidential…
Trump hasn’t exactly won over the British people lately, what with using the London terrorist attacks as an excuse to relaunch his travel ban, or after pulling America out of the Paris Agreement, or for… well… pick any one of practically an infinite number of reasons at this point.
According to The Guardian, who got their hands (and ears, we assume) on a leaked phone call, Trump has told current standing PM Theresa May that his upcoming visit to the UK will be put on hold indefinitely, until the British people show him more support.
Apparently the fear is that Trump might arrive in London to some very large scale protests, which isn’t too difficult to understand, especially since Trump has no problem attacking the London Mayor quite openly on Twitter:

According to the report by The Guardian:
Donald Trump has told Theresa May in a phone call he does not want to go ahead with a state visit to Britain until the British public supports him coming. The US president said he did not want to come if there were large-scale protests and his remarks in effect put the visit on hold for some time.
The call was made in recent weeks, according to a Downing Street adviser who was in the room. The statement surprised May, according to those present.
As of yet, there has been no response from The White House about this leaked conversation, but there is at least one person who seems quite happy with the idea of Trump’s visit being cancelled outright:
