It’s
Friday the 13th guys. Stay calm.
Bad luck doesn’t enter the realms of the
pub quiz, don’t get in your own head about it. Go with your gut, don’t overthink things, shut out the noise (but maybe don’t walk under any ladders or smash a mirror today).
I’m not even going to wish you good luck this week. You don’t need it.
I’ll only do two things in this week’s intro. First, I’ll inform you of the
quiz rounds this week – city skylines, and the band everyone either loves or loves to hate,
Coldplay – and secondly, I’ll encourage you all to watch the rugby this weekend because it’s going to be marvellous.
And with that, I simply wish you well on this totally normal, superstition-free Friday. Get to it.
