You can now make the most of the best Facebook posts in your Timeline thanks to a handy new feature that lets you save your favourites for later viewing.

A lot of Facebook users may have, at one point, found themselves scrolling through their Facebook timelines trying to find that hilarious cat .gif that a mate posted earlier in the day, only to spend 10-minutes trawling through the rest of the useless crap their other friends posted.

Thankfully, the days of having to scroll down faster than Usain Bolt can run are behind us as the new feature, known simply as ‘Save’ allows users to save all sorts of posts, from video content, to places and even normal status posts, so they can look at them later.

The saved content will appear in the ‘More’ tab on mobile devices and over on the left hand column on desktop. The new ‘Save’ feature is a lot like YouTube’s ‘Watch Later’ feature and it’s sure to come in handy for anyone who uses the social media site regularly.

Find out more info over on Facebook’s Help section.
