JOE goes to London to get a first-hand look at Battlefield Hardline

EA Games threatened us with a SWAT raid if we didn’t fly over to London and test out the new Battlefield Hardline*.

*Okay, so that’s a lie, but they did write their invitation in CAPITAL LETTERS, so we decided we better head along just in case they meant business.

So what exactly were we testing out?

Well, Battlefield Hardline is a classic first person shooter with a modern twist, and we recently went for a spin around the new levels ‘Downtown’ and ‘Dustbowl’ while over at EA’s exclusive Hardline event in London.

The game is themed ‘Cops vs. Criminals’, which we reckon will be a nice break away from the modern warfare style-games that have dominated the FPS sector for the past number of years.

Battlefield Hardline will be released in Ireland on 20 March.
