For the day that’s in it, here’s what Mark Zuckerberg started out with all those years ago

Today, your beloved social media network, Facebook, turns ten years old, and that has us all feeling ancient and thinking back on the time we first voluntarily signed up to have our lives and social calendar controlled by the company.

There’s already been a movie about the company, as well as plenty of lawsuits and billions of dollars made, so it’s been a pretty eventful decade for Zuckerberg, but it’s worth looking back to see where it all started. Today the lads at Classic Pics on Twitter shared this picture of what the very first homepage looked like when Mark started up “The Facebook” in his Harvard days in 2004.

Now that’s a blast from the past, we were still drawing what we’ve decided to term “accurate and scientific diagrams of the male reproductive organ” on our mates’ Bebo walls back then.
