Main event: Jamie's Food Revolution Hits Hollywood (Channel 4, 10.00pm)

Everyone's favourite portly food fascist returns to the screens, as world famous chef Jamie Oliver continues his unwavering quest to transform America's food habits.

Following the success of his campaign in Huntington, West Virginia, Jamie sets his sight on changing the habits of Los Angeles citizens for this series, but encounters immediate resistance from the city's school board, which denies him access to any of its institutions.

While trying to get the ban overturned, Jamie faces an equally tougher challenge while attempting to counter the sale of flavoured milk in schools. Expect obese children, unrepentant 'patriotic' Americans and the tears of a chef.

Sports Pick: Cardiff City V Reading (Sky Sports 1, 7.30pm)

Cardiff's yearly play-off challenge continues apace, as Craig Bellamy's side look to end an in-form Reading's Premier League dreams. Cardiff should be used to these occasions by now, while a respectable 0-0 first leg draws leaves the Welsh side as favourites to make the play-off final.

More TV: Livin' With Lucy (RTE Two, 10.50pm)

With her 'Big Switch' home invasion adverts and propensity to encourage you to change your energy saving habits, Lucy Kennedy is arguably even more of a pushy TV denizen than the aforementioned Jamie Oliver - even if she does offer to make your sandwiches in those annoying adverts.

Tonight Lucy meets her match in the insufferable stakes, as the presenter moves n with East Cork internet sensations Crystal Swing. Pure car-crash TV at its finest.
