A rather strange FIFA 14 bug starring Daniel Kearns and the English language

The former Dundalk man (well, the computerised version of him) has an unusual complaint for one FIFA 14 manager.

The former Dundalk man (well, the computerised version of him) has an unusual complaint for one FIFA 14 manager.

As FIFA continues to get more realistic, with even deeper levels of reality, players struggling to settle or fit in under your management is going to happen now and again, just as it does in ‘real’ football.

And, let’s face it, if you bring Cristiano Ronaldo to Hull, he’s going to get a bit fed up. But we think the developers may have gotten at least one Irish player’s setting wrong in the latest game.

Daniel Kearns is a Belfast-born midfielder who has played for both Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland underage set-ups. He is currently playing for Peterborough in League 1 after joining from Dundalk in 2011.

Anyway, a lad by the name of Adam Wilsher was playing Fifa 14 as the Posh when he got a rather odd transfer request from the digital version of Kearns.

We know Peterborough is a bit different to Belfast, or Dundalk, but surely the language and the food is pretty similar?
