So, we want you to pick who you fancy from this shortlist of 10, and give us a few reasons why in the box provided. The person who does the best job of convincing us their man should get the job wins and gets to play the role of ‘Armchair Manager’ in the pre-match Dugout show with host Ger Gilroy, ex-Irish international Kevin Kilbane and runner David Gillick before the Kazakhstan match on October 15. Yes, you will be asked in front of a crowd of Irish fans to back up your opinion if you win, so make sure it is a solid one.
