The Daily Mail reports that former Malky Mackay sent further racist text messages to his former colleague Iain Moody.

The mail reports that Mackay sent a text on June 5th last year in which he called Cardiff owner Vincent Tan “a chink” while discussing the potential signing of a player.

“Not taking no for an answer from the chink until the 20th time or unless somebody big blows us out of the water. Can you tell him that?” the text is alleged to read.

Mackay gave an interview (above) in which he admits sending three offensive text messages out of 10,000 analysed by a law firm appointed by Cardiff City to investigate wrongdoing.

The Scot was set to be unveiled as the new manager of Crystal Palace earlier this week before details of his texts to and from Moody were released.

Moody has since resigned from his head of recruitment role at Palace.
